Designed for ages 10 to 14, this full-day program introduces Python, AI, and machine learning through fun, gamified projects—balanced with dynamic sports sessions that build energy, confidence, and friendships.

Program Structure for the Junior Coding & Sports Camp

Half-Day Sports Activities

To complement the tech portion, students engage in active play and group games designed to support physical fitness, coordination, and social interaction.

  • Soccer games and drills
  • Basketball for motor skills and teamwork
  • Badminton for reflexes and focus
  • Dodgeball for fun and fast-paced energy
  • Camp-wide challenges and fun team games

Half-Day Junior Coding

Students take on creative coding challenges that strengthen problem-solving and creativity while introducing them to powerful tools and concepts.

  • Advanced Game Coding in Python: Design and customize text-based games, adding features like pets, exclusive items, and unique heroes.
  • Intro to AI & Machine Learning: Explore new technologies in a fun, beginner-friendly way. Import Python modules to create simple ML apps and tools.
  • Collaborative Projects: Build and test games with friends; create shareable apps with custom features; work in private teams and track progress on group leaderboards.

Junior Coding & Sports Camp Details


Locations:

  • Western Mississauga
  • 2210 Dunwin Dr., Unit #1, Mississauga, ON, L5L 1C7
  • Program runs from June 29th – September 4th
  • Central Mississauga
  • St. Hilary Elementary School 5070 Fairwind Dr., Mississauga
  • Program runs from July 2nd – August 14th

Program Time:

  • Regular Program Hours: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
  • Extended Hours: 7:30 am – 9:00 am and 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Our Instructors:

  • Our instructors are trained coding and activity specialists who complete Boswin’s summer training program. They create a safe, engaging learning experience for every student.

Program Fee:

  • Total Cost: $255 per week (plus tax)
  • Register before March 31st to enjoy the Early Bird Rate (approx. 10% off)
  • One time payment
