Registration Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policies

At Boswin Robotics, we are committed to delivering high-quality programs while maintaining fair and transparent policies. The following policies apply to all Boswin programs.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received at least one week prior to the start of the registered program.

Cancellation Conditions:

  • A 10% cancellation fee will be applied for requests received five or more business days before the program start date.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within one week of the program start date.
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

Medical-Related Cancellations:

  • If cancellation is due to illness or injury and occurs before the program begins, a medical certificate must accompany the request. A full refund will be issued minus a $15 administration fee.
  • No refund will be granted if illness or injury occurs after the program has started.

Refund Options

Once a cancellation is processed and applicable fees are deducted, you may choose between:

  • Refund: Issued via PayPal (regardless of original payment method). A $15 administration fee will be applied to all refund transactions.
  • Credit: Applied to your account and redeemable for future Boswin programs. No additional administration fees apply for credit option.

Program Transfers

We understand plans can change. Participants may transfer between programs under the following conditions:

  • A $5 administration fee applies to each program transfer.
  • If transferring to a program of higher cost, you will be required to pay the cost difference in addition to the transfer fee.
  • Transfers are allowed only within the same programming session and only if space is available.
